Customer service agents cannot help you until the issue has been resolved through the Failure to Appear system. There are no additional fees to change your address on top of your renewal fee.

This is just a curiosity. It use to be the first two digits are the year the license was issued. It could only be over a 7 year span. Next 3 digits are the day of the year is was issued. Could go up to 366 for leap year. Next 2 were random. Last for must add up to 10,20, or 30. Commercial DL will have a space then a few extra digits. I am assuming you keep a driving record or driving history to have a driving record or driving history. Your driver license contains several pieces of info that are needed to complete some applications and for driver license renewals. You'll be able to change your address on your voter registration when you change your address on your driver's license or ID. The system is available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day except for routine maintenance down time. Then it will take about 15 minutes once you are in the door. Or so I would think. Applicants who are 79 or older must renew driver licenses in person at a driver license office, but can still renew ID cards online.
